(1)
Install the sequence valve mechanism (Fig. 401):
(a)
Install the roller (4) on the lever (7).
(b)
Connect the lever assembly (7) to the clevis with the bolt (8).
(c)
Connect the link (11) to the valve with the bolt (12).
(d)
Connect the clevis assembly (10) to the valve with the four bolts (3).
(e)
If the bolt heads have holes, install a lockwire.
(f)
Connect the link (11) to the lever assembly (7) with the bolt (9).
(g)
Use the four screws to install the top cover (5).
(h)
Connect the outer cover (6) to the valve attach bracket.
(i)
Install the striker arm (1) with the striker plates (16) attached, to the upper side strut.

(2)
Adjust the sequence valve mechanism:
(a)
Install the rigging pin in the rigging pin hole.
1) Install or remove striker arm plates (16) to permit the easy installation of the rigging pin.
CAUTION:_______MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE RIGGING PIN. FAILURE TO REMOVE THE RIGGING PIN WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MECHANISM IF THE DOOR OPERATES.
(b) Remove the rigging pin.
1) Install or remove striker arm plates (16) to permit the easy removal of the rigging pin.
E. Put the Airplane to Its Usual Condition.

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASKS BELOW TO REMOVE
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
