2) Make sure the upper EICAS display does not show the GEAR DISAGREE (CAUTION) message.

Move the control lever to the OFF position.
1) Make sure the upper EICAS display shows the GEAR DISAGREE (CAUTION) message.
NOTE: The GEAR DISAGREE indication will not show for
____ approximately 25 to 35 seconds after you move the control lever. This occurs when you move the control lever from the DN to OFF or the DN to UP positions.
(c) Move the control lever to the UP position. 1) Make sure the upper EICAS display shows the GEAR DISAGREE (CAUTION) message.
2) Make sure the upper EICAS display shows the GEAR DOOR (ADVISORY) message.
NOTE: The GEAR DOOR indication will not come into view for
____ approximately 25 to 35 seconds after the doors open.
3) Make sure the upper EICAS display shows a symbol for each of the four landing gear.
NOTE: If the landing gear moves while in the locked down
____ position, an in-transit condition can show. This can occur as an alternative to the DN condition.
4) Make sure the lower EICAS display shows all four landing gear doors open (four slashed boxes).

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND LOCKS ARE INSTALLED IN ALL OF THE

(6) Make sure the ground locks are installed in the nose and main landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).
