(b)
Install the lockwires through the bolt heads.
(c)
Connect the link (11) to the valve (2) with the bolt (10).
(d)
Tighten the nut on the bolt (10) to 50-70 pound-inches.
(e)
Put the valve assembly in its position.
(f)
Push the roller (12) against the striker arm (4) until the mounting holes in the valve and the structure align.
NOTE: You can remove the striker arm plates (6) to help align
____ the mounting holes. Install the plates after you install the valve.
(g)
Install the attach bolts (1 and 3).
(h)
Remove the caps and plugs from the hydraulic hoses.
(i)
Connect the hydraulic hoses to the valve.

Adjust the sequence valve:
(a)
Install the rigging pin through the holes in the clevis (9) and the link (11).
(b)
Add or remove striker arm plates (9) to permit the easy installation and removal of the rigging pin.
CAUTION:_______MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE RIGGING PIN. FAILURE TO REMOVE THE RIGGING PIN WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MECHANISM IF THE DOOR OPERATES.
(c)
Remove the rigging pin.

Do a check of the sequence valve for leaks:
(a)
Move the ground release handle for the main landing gear to the DOORS OPEN and DOORS CLOSED position two times.
(b)
Move the ground release handle to the DOORS OPEN position.
(c)
Put the control handle in the DN position for 3 minutes. 1) Do a check for leaks at the sequence valve.
(d)
Push the override button for the lever lock of the control handle.
(e)
Move the control handle to the UP position for 3 minutes. 1) Do a check for leaks at the sequence valve.

Move the control handle to the DN position.
