Remove the rod No. 1.

 (a)  
Disconnect the rod from the hinge on the aft door.

 (b)  
Disconnect the rod from the bellcrank.

 (c)  
Remove the rod from the airplane.

Remove the rod No. 2.

 (a)  
Disconnect the rod from the trunnion drive crank.

 (b)  
Disconnect the rod from the bellcrank.

 (c)  
Remove the rod from the airplane.

If you remove the left door operator bellcrank, disconnect the rod No. 3 from the bellcrank.

Remove the bellcrank from the support fitting on the bulkhead.

Remove the left and right drive cranks from the nose gear trunnion.


 NOTE: If a solid bolt is installed on the right drive crank, you
____ must cut the bolt head off to remove the bolt.

 A. General
 (1)  
After you install the aft door operator, you must adjust the doors to make a continuous surface with the airplane skin when they are closed. To do this, you must lift the airplane on jacks.
