Procedure

(1)
Remove the forward door bellcrank for the nose landing gear (Ref 32-22-05/401 and 20-11-01/401 are necessay to remove the bearings and the bushings).

(2)
Examine the worn limits of the forward door bellcrank.
(a)
Measure the parts if it is necessary and compare the measured dimensions to the limit dimensions on the table (Fig. 601).
(b)
If a part is not in the tolerance, repair or replace it when it is necessary.
(3)
Install the forward door bellcrank (Ref 32-22-05/401).
