WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY INSTALL THE GROUND LOCKS IN ALL LANDING
_______ GEAR. AN ACCIDENTAL RETRACTION OF THE LANDING GEAR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Make sure you install the ground locks in all landing gear
(Ref 09-11-00/201).

_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Install the hydraulic fittings in the selector valve (1) (Fig. 401):
(a)
Lubricate the adapter fittings (5, 9 and 11), new O-rings (2,4,6 and 8) and backup rings (3 and 7) with Skydrol Assembly Lube.

(b) Install the adapter fittings (5, 9 and 11), new O-rings (2,4,6
and 8) and backup rings (3 and 7) in the selector valve (1).

(5) Fill the valve (1) with fire-resistant hydraulic fluid.

(6) Install a cap on the valve ports.

(7) Install the selector valve (1):
(a) Apply the wet primer to all areas of the bolt holes.
(b) Install the selector valve (1) in its position.
(c) Install the mounting bolts (12) and washers (13).
(d) Attach the selector valve crank (14) to the valve shaft.
NOTE: The joint with splines has index marks on it to make____
sure you put the shaft in the correct position.
(e) Apply corrosion preventive compound around all areas of the
joint.
(f) Remove the caps and plugs from the hydraulic hoses.
(g) Connect the hydraulic hoses to the valve (1).

(8) Remove the rigging pin from the selector valve quadrant.
