C. Procedure

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY INSTALL THE GROUND LOCKS IN ALL LANDING
_______ GEAR. AN ACCIDENTAL RETRACTION OF THE LANDING GEAR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (Ref 09-11-00/201).

_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Remove the pressure from hydraulic system No. 4 (Ref 29-11-00/201).

Remove the sequence valve (Fig. 401):
(a)
Disconnect the hydraulic lines from the valve.
(b)
Install a plug on the hydraulic lines.
(c)
Remove the four screws (10) and the mechanism cover (11).
(d)
Remove the bolt (6).
(e)
Disconnect the rod (8) from the rod end (7).
NOTE: Permit the rod and the valve to move to the door closed
____ position (valve clevis extended).
(f)
Remove the four bolts (4) that attach the carrier assembly to the valve.
(g)
Remove the bolts (2) that attach the valve (1) to its bracket.
