WARNING: MAKE SURE ALL PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE AWAY FROM THE DOOR

(a)
Move the control lever for the landing gear to the UP and DN position 3 times.
(b)
Move the control handle to the DN position.

Do a check of the hydraulic connections for leaks.

Do this task: "Adjustment - Wing Landing Gear Doors After Door Actuator Replacement" (Ref 32-12-00/501).
NOTE: The adjustment task contains the last system check of the
____ doors. It is not necessary to do more checks after you do the adjustment task.
F. Put the Airplane to Its Usual Condition.

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO REMOVE THE
_______ DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1)
Do this task: "Nose Landing Gear Door Lock Removal"
(Ref 32-00-30/201).
(2)
Make sure the control handle is in the DN position.

Remove hydraulic pressure from systems No. 1 and 4

WING LANDING GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR BEAM - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure contains these two tasks:
(1)
The removal of the actuator beam for the doors of the wing landing gear
(2)
The installation of the actuator beam for the doors of the wing landing gear.
B.
To remove the actuator beam these operations are necessary:
(1)
Hold the actuator and remove the bolt.
(2)
Hold the beam and disconnect the door actuator rod.
(3)
Remove the door actuator beam.
C.
To install the actuator beam these operations are necessary:
(1)
Install the attach bolts through the actuator beam and the structure.
(2)
Connect the door actuator rod to the actuator beam.
(3)
Connect the rod end of the actuator to the beam.
(4)
Make sure the door and the linkage operates correctly.
(5)
Make sure the adjustment for the door is correct.
