WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY INSTALL THE GROUND LOCKS IN ALL LANDING
_______ GEAR. AN ACCIDENTAL RETRACTION OF THE LANDING GEAR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (Ref 09-11-00/201).

_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Body Landing Gear Door Lock Installation" (Ref 32-00-30/201).

Remove the sequence valve mechanism (Fig. 401):
(a)
Hold the rod against the valve spring pressure.
(b)
Remove the attach bolt that connects the rod to the uplock mechanism.
(c)
Release the spring pressure from the valve.
(d)
Remove the attach bolt that connects the rod to the valve clevis.
(e)
Remove the rod from the valve.

(1)
Install the sequence valve mechanism (Fig. 401):
(a)
Connect the rod to the valve clevis with thin washers adjacent to the bolt head and the nut.
(b)
Install the nut and the cotter pin.
(c)
Make sure the uplock hook is in the open (gear down) position.
(d)
Push the rod against the valve spring until the holes in the rod end and the uplock mechanism align.
(e)
Connect the rod to the uplock mechanism: 1) Install the attach bolt with the thin washers adjacent to the bolt head. 2) Install the large steel washers on the two sides of the rod
end bearing. 3) Install the nut and a cotter pin.
(f)
Make sure the uplock hook is in the open position.
