 c)  Standby Attitude ILS displays:
 Localizer Pointer . . . . . . . . Out of View Glide Slope Pointer . . . . . . . Out of View LOC Flag . . . . . . . . . . . . Out of View G/S Flag . . . . . . . . . . . . Out of View
Set the mode selector on the standby attitude/ILS indicator to
 the OFF position.
Hold the VOR test switch on the No. 1 VHF NAV control panel in
 the VOR position.
 1) Make sure this sequence occurs:

 a)  These indications occur for approximately three seconds: 1 The course deviation bar on the captain's EHSI is
_ out of view. 2 The narrow pointer flags show in the two RDDMIs.

 b)  These indications occur after approximately three seconds: 1 The course deviation bar on the captain's EHSI is in
_ the center. 2 The narrow pointer flags in the two RDDMIs go out of
_ view. 3 The to-from display on the captain's EHSI shows
_ FROM. 4 The narrow pointers in the two RDDMIs show 180 |3
_ degrees. c) These indications occur after approximately 23 seconds: 1 The course deviation bar on the captain's EHSI goes
_ out of view. 2 The narrow pointer flags in the two RDDMIs come into
_

 view.Set the course counter on the DFCS mode control panel to the airplane heading that shows on the compass rose. 1) Make sure the course arrows on the two EHSIs agree with the
 course counter.Set a frequency of 108.1 MHz on the No. 1 VHF NAV control panel. 1) Make sure these results occur on the captain's instruments:
 a)  The glide slope and the localizer scales show on the EADI and EHSI.

 b)  EHSI annunciator displays:
 To/From . . . . . . . . . Blank System/Number . . . . . . ILS 1 Frequency . . . . . . . . 108.10
 2) The narrow pointers on the two RDDMIs are at the 3 o'clock position. 3) The pointer flags show on the two RDDMIs.
 (j)  Hold the UP/LT test switch on the No. 1 VHF NAV control panel in the UP/LT position. 1) Make sure this sequence occurs:
 a)  These indications occur for approximately three seconds: 1 The glide slope and localizer pointers on the
_ captain's EADI and EHSI are out of view.
 b)  These indications occur after approximately three seconds: 1 The glide slope pointers on the captain's EADI and
_ EHSI move one dot in the up direction. 2 The localizer pointer on the captain's EADI and EHSI
_ move one dot in the left direction. c) These indications occur after approximately 23 seconds: 1 The glide slope and localizer pointers on the
_ captain's EADI and EHSI go out of view.
 (k)  Hold the DN/RT test switch on the No. 1 VHF NAV control panel in the DN/RT position. 1) Make sure this sequence occurs:
 a)  These indications occur for approximately three seconds: 1 The glide slope and localizer pointers on the
_ captain's EADI and EHSI are out of view.
 b)  These indications occur after approximately three seconds: 1 The glide slope pointers on the captain's EADI and
_ EHSI move one dot in the down direction.
