 3.  Ground Proximity Warning System - System Test_____________________________________________
 A. General
 (1)  The system test includes the GPWS operational test, it does a check of the system interfaces, and it makes sure of correct operation of the different GPWS modes. You must do these mode tests in sequence.

Pitot-static test set, probe adapter and gages (Ref 34-11-01, Adjustment/Test).

 CAUTION: THE COLLINS SIMULATOR IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE TRT RADIO
_______ ALTIMETER. YOU MUST USE THE TRT SIM-530 RAMP TEST UNIT 9599-607-15902 OR ATLANTIS DRA-707 RADIO ALTIMETER RAMP SIMULATOR OR YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE RADIO ALTIMETER.

Connect the LRRA altitude simulator to the No. 1 Radio Altimeter (AMM 34-48-00/501, AMM 34-48-03/501).

Set up the signal generator such that glide slope deviation signals can be set and changed (AMM 34-31-00/501, AMM 34-31-02/501).
