 (z)  
Open this circuit breaker: 1) P6 Load Control Center - Right a) VHF NAV-2 VOR/ILS (aa) Set a frequency of 108.10 MHz on the No. 1 VHF NAV control panel. (ab) Set the VHF NAV transfer switch to the BOTH ON 1 position. 1) Make sure the LOC flag in the standby attitude/ILS indicator goes out of view. 2) Make sure the localizer pointer in the standby attitude/ILS indicator is in the center. 3) Make sure the localizer pointers on the two EADIs are in the center. 4) Make sure the course deviation bars on the two EHSIs are in the center.


 (ac) Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply a fly-left signal. 1) Make sure the localizer pointer in the standby attitude/ILS
 indicator moves in the left direction.

 3)  Make sure the course deviation bars on the two EHSIs move in the left direction.
 (ad) Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply a fly-right signal. 1) Make sure the localizer pointer in the standby attitude/ILS
 indicator moves in the right direction. 2) Make sure the localizer pointers on the two EADIs move in the right direction. 3) Make sure the course deviation bars on the two EHSIs move in the right direction. (ae) Close this circuit breaker: 1) P6 Load Control Center - Right a) VHF NAV-2 VOR/ILS (af) Open this circuit breaker: 1) P18 Load Control Center - Left a) VHF NAV-1 VOR/ILS (ag) Set a frequency of 108.10 MHz on the No. 2 VHF NAV control panel. (ah) Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply an on-course localizer signal. (ai) Set the VHF NAV transfer switch to the BOTH ON 2 position. 1) Make sure the LOC flag and the G/S flag on the standby attitude/ILS indicator stay out of view. 2) Make sure the localizer pointer on the two EADIs are in the center. 3) Make sure the course deviation bars on the two EHSIs are in the center.
 (aj) Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply a fly-left signal. 1) Make sure the localizer pointers on the two EADIs move in
 the left direction. 2) Make sure the course deviation bars on the two EHSIs move in the left direction.

 (ak) Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply a fly-right signal. 1) Make sure the localizer pointers on the two EADIs move in
 the right direction. 2) Make sure the course deviation bars on the two EHSIs move
 in the right direction.
 (al) Turn off the ramp test set.
 (am) Close this circuit breaker:

 1) P18 Load Control Center - Left a) VHF NAV-1 VOR/ILS (an) Set the VHF NAV transfer switch to the NORMAL position.
 J. Glide Slope Test
 S 735-018
 (1)  Do the glide slope test:
 (a)  
Do the following steps for the system test.

 (b)  
Align the inertial reference system if not already aligned (AMM 34-28-01/201).

 (c)  
Set a frequency of 108.10 MHz on the No. 1 VHF NAV control panel. 1) Make sure the G/S flag and the LOC flag show in the standby

 attitude/ILS indicator.

 (d)  
Set the output of the ramp test set to supply an on-course glide slope signal at a frequency of 334.7 MHz. 1) Make sure the G/S flag in the standby attitude/ILS

 indicator goes out of view. 2) Make sure the glide slope pointer in the standby attitude/ILS indicator is in the center. 3) Make sure the glide slope scales show on the captain's EADI and EHSI. 4) Make sure the glide slope pointers on the captain's EADI and EHSI are in the center.

 (e)  
Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply a glide slope down signal. 1) Make sure the glide slope pointer in the standby


 attitude/ILS indicator moves in the down direction.
