 CAUTION:_______DO NOT INSTALL THE CLAMPS OVER THE LACING TAPE. MOVE THE LACING AS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE CLAMP AND THE TAPE. DAMAGE TO THE WIRE HARNESS CAN OCCUR.
 (a)  
Put the rear wire harness in its position on the aft side of the APU engine.

 (b)  
Attach the J1 connector (14) to the harness bracket with the four screws (13). 1) Tighten the screws (13) to 10-12 pound-inches

 (1.2-1.4 newton-meters).

 (c)  
Attach the wire harness to the lower bracket and the bracket support angle with the clamp (16) and bolt (15).

 (d)  
Connect the J22 connector (39) to the lower bracket with the four screws (40). 1) Tighten the screws (40) to 6-7 pound-inches

 (0.7-0.8 newton-meters).

 (e)
Connect the P22 connector (41) to the J22 connector (39).


 NOTE: The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see
____
 the red color band.

 (f)  
Loosely attach the wire harness to the bracket on the lower vent tube with the clamp (38), the spacer (37), the bolt (36), and the nut (35).

 (g)  
Put the P4 section of the harness along the upper fuel vent tube.

 (h)  
Loosely attach the wire harness to the two brackets on the fuel vent tube with the clamps (34), the bolts (33), and the nuts (32).

 (i)  
Connect the P4 connector (31) to the fuel metering unit.


 NOTE: The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see

 the red color band.

 (j) (k)  Adjust the harness to ensure that it is not too loose or too strained at the P4 connector (31). 1) Tighten the two nuts (32).Put the P3 branch of the harness along the side of the lower bracket.
 (l) (m)  Loosely attach the wire harness to the lower bracket with the two clamps (12) and the two bolts (11).Connect the P3 connector (10) to the fuel filter bypass switch.
 NOTE:____ The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see the red color band.
 (n) (o) (p) (q)  Adjust the harness to ensure that it is not too loose or too strained at the P3 connector (10). 1) Tighten the nut (35) and the two bolts (11).Put the P5/P7 section of the harness along the inner side of the fuel delivery tube and the fuel tubes from the oil cooler.Loosely attach the wire harness to the brackets on the gearbox casing and the oil temperature sensor with the two clamps (9), the two bolts (8) and the two nuts (7).Connect the P7 connector (6) to the oil pressure switch.
 NOTE:____ The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see the red color area.
 (r)  Connect the P5 connector (5) to the oil temperature sensor.
 NOTE:____ The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see the orange color area.
 (s) (t)  Adjust the harness to ensure that it is not too loose or too strained at the P5 connector (5) and P7 connector (6). 1) Tighten the two nuts (7).Loosely attach the P6 section of the harness to the brackets on the oil filter housing cover with the two grommets (27), two clamps (26), two bolts (25) and two nuts (24).

 (u)  Connect the P6 connector (23) to the ignition exciter.
 NOTE: The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see____
 the orange color band.
 (v)  Adjust the harness to ensure that it is not too loose or too
 strained at the P6 connector (23).
 NOTE: POST-PWC-SB 16202, the P6 connector is a right____
 angled backshell. If the harness is too loose, make a
 bigger loop at the end near to the main harness.
 1) Tighten the two nuts (24).
 (w)  Place the P9/P10/P11/P12 section of the harness as follows:
 1) On the inner side of the vent/drain tubes.
 2) Rearward to go around and on the outside of the fuel tubes.
