Make sure the oil level in the clutch housing for the APU starter motor is full. To service it, do this task: APU Starter Motor Oil Replenishing (AMM 12-13-05/301).

Make sure the oil level in the APU oil tank is full. To service it, do this task: APU Oil Tank Replenishing (AMM 12-13-02/301).

3) FIRE APU (WARNING)
(b)
Make sure the APU oil LO indication does not show on the EICAS display.
NOTE: A minimum quantity of oil is necessary to start the
____ APU. If there is not a sufficient quantity of oil, the APU controller will automatically stop the start sequence.
