Connect the P23 connector (16) to the air temperature sensor (T12).


 NOTE: The connector is fully tightened when the locking

 indicator is in the orange color area.

 (s)  
Attach the P23 section of the harness to the bracket with the the clamp (13), the bolt (12), and the nut (14).

 (t)  
Connect the P19 connector (11) to the oil level sensor.


 NOTE: The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see
____
 the red color band.

 (u)  Connect the P21 connector (7) to the diverter valve control.
 NOTE:____ The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see
 the red color band.
 (v)  Connect the P20 connector (4) to the air temperature sensor
 (T13).
 NOTE:____ The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see
 the red color band.
 (w)  Attach the P20/P21 section of the harness to the load
 compressor case with the seven clamps (8 and 9A), the seven
 bolts (9 and 10), and the seven nuts (15 and 17).
 (x)  Attach the J22 connector (1) to the bracket on the cooling air
 duct adapter with the four screws that have socket heads.
 1)  Tighten the screws to 6-7 pound-inches
 (0.6-0.7 newton-meters).
 (y)  Connect the P22 connector (2) to the J22 connector (1).
 NOTE:____ The connector is fully tightened when you cannot see
 the red color band.
 (z)  Attach the P20/P22 section of the harness to the P3 tube with
 the clamp (3), the bolt (5), and the nut (21).

 (aa) Attach the wire harness and the wire harness jumper (37) to the compressor case brackets with the three clamps (20), the three bolts (6), and the three nuts (14).
 (ab) Attach the wire harness jumper (37) to the wire harness with the lacing tape:
 NOTE: The steps which follow apply to each of the seven
____ installation locations. You must install the lacing tape in the approximate middle position between the clamps.
 1)  Make one loop around the wire harness jumper (37) with the lacing tape.

 CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE LACING TAPE IS NOT TOO TIGHT AROUND THE
_______ WIRE HARNESS. DAMAGE TO THE WIRE HARNESS CAN OCCUR.
 2) Attach the wire harness jumper (37) to the wire harness with a clove hitch knot. 3) Use the ends of the lacing tape to make a square knot above the clove hitch knot. 4) Remove the ends of the lacing tape with a knife. a) Make sure you leave a length of 1/4-1/2 inch (6.3-12.6 mm) on each end of the tape. (ac) Attach the wire harness jumper (37) to the load compressor case with the clamp (18), the bolt (9), and the nut (17).

Apply the sealant to the area of the harness support bracket, around the J2 connector, that does not have an anodized finish.

 (5)  
Close the APU access doors:

 (a)  
Do a visual check of the EGT bus bars:
 1) Make sure the bus bars are not damaged.
 2) Make sure no metal parts touch the bus bars.
 3) Make sure the bus bars do not touch each other.


 (b)  
Disengage the support rods for the APU access doors.

 (c)  
Put the support rods in the clips on the inner side of the APU access doors.

 (d)  
Make sure the insulation covers correctly attach to the APU compartment firewall.

 (e)  
Close the APU access doors.

 (f)  
Close the latches on the APU access doors.

 (6)  
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:

 (a)  
P6 Main Power Supply Panel
