Remove the nuts (2), the washers (3), and the screws (4) that attach the inlet duct seal (5) to the air inlet duct (1).

Remove the inlet duct seal (5).

Install the inlet duct seal (5):
(a)
Attach the inlet duct seal (5) to the lower edge of the air inlet duct (1) with the screws (4), washers (3), and the nuts (2).
(b)
Apply the cork compound around the fasteners to the level of the cork sheet.
(2)
Install the APU (Ref 49-11-01/401).

AIR INLET DOOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure contains the tasks to remove and install the air inlet door for the APU. The air inlet door is on the right side of the fuselage between the horizontal and vertical stabilizer. You remove the door from the outer side of the airplane. Before you remove the door, it must be disconnected from the actuator and the door hinges.
B. There are two tasks to install the air inlet door in this procedure. They are as follows:
