Tighten the turnlock fasteners.

Close the APU access doors.
(a)
Do a visual check of the EGT bus bars: 1) Make sure the bus bars are not damaged. 2) Make sure no metal parts touch the bus bars. 3) Make sure the bus bars do not touch each other.
(b)
Disengage the support rods for the APU access doors.
(c)
Put the support rods in the clips on the inner side of the APU access doors.
(d)
Make sure the insulation covers attach correctly to the APU firewall.
(e)
Close the APU access doors.
(f)
Close the latches on the APU access doors.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:

C. Examine the Position Switch for the Air Inlet Door

Remove the position switch for the air inlet door (Ref
49-15-05/201).

Visually examine the position switch.
(a)
Visually examine the actuator rod on the position switch for wear, cracks, or damage.
(b)
Visually examine the electrical connector on the position switch for damage. 1) Make sure the connector is tight.
(c)
If damage is found or the electrical connector is loose, replace the door position switch.

AIR INLET DUCT SEAL - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains the tasks to remove and install the seal for the air inlet duct.
B. The seal for the air inlet duct is attached to the lower flange of the air inlet duct. You must remove the APU to get access to the seal.
