Pull the fire switch on the fire shutdown module in the right wheel well of the body landing gear.
NOTE: The APU ADVISORY and the APU STATUS messages will show.

1) If the APU starts, repair the system: a) Replace the APU fire relay R7731 and the APU fire relay R7732 on the P6 panel (WDM 49-11-31). b) Do the Fire Switch Shutdown Test (The Remote Panel Location). c) If the APU starts, replace the external shutdown relay R7204.
(c)
Push the fire switch on the fire shutdown module back to its usual position.
(d)
Turn the APU control switch on the P5 panel to the OFF position.
NOTE: The APU advisory message will not show after you let the
____ APU control switch return to the OFF position.

Set the BATTERY switch on the P5 panel to the OFF position.
