Install the pin and cotter pin to attach the link on the solenoid to the stop lever crank.
(h)
Install the booster spring: 1) Install the top end of the booster spring in the stop lever.
2) Put the spacer in the bottom end of the spring and install the screw.
(i)
Connect the electrical wires to the solenoid.
(j)
Adjust the position of the solenoid on the mounting bracket: 1) Hold the solenoid plunger in the fully engaged position. 2) Adjust the solenoid on the mounting bracket until the stop
on the stop lever touches the spacer. 3) Tighten the bolts on the solenoid.

(5) S 714-015Make sure that the solenoid engages.
(6) S 864-016Do this task to remove the signals from the landing gear switches S613 and S614: "Put the Air/Ground Relay System Back in the Ground Mode" (AMM 32-09-02/201).
(7) S 714-014Make sure that the solenoid is not engaged.
(8) S 864-013Do this task: "Put Safety-Sensitive Systems Back to the Condition Before Air Mode Simulation" (AMM 32-09-02/201).
(9) S 864-010Do this task: "Remove Electrical Power" (AMM 24-22-00/201).

(10) Install the third center ceiling panel that was removed (AMM 25-59-01/401).

REVERSE THRUST LEVER OPERATED ARMING SWITCH - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. There are two tasks in this procedure. There is a task for the removal and a task for the installation of the reverse thrust lever operated arming switch.
(1)
The removal procedure has these parts:
(a)
The removal of the left cover assembly from the control stand
(b)
The removal of the electrical wires
(c)
The removal of the switch.
(2)
The installation procedure has these parts:
(a)
The installation of the switch
(b)
The installation of the electrical wires
(c)
An adjustment of the actuating lever
(d)
An adjustment of the switch
(e)
A test of the operation of the switch
(f)
The installation of the left cover assembly on the control stand.
