Remove the switch assembly from the LE flap PDU.

NOTE: The switch actuator is a small stainless steel plate

C. Procedure

(1)
Install the switch actuator in the alternate position controller with the steps that follow:
(a)
Install the switch actuator with the actuator tangs in the center of the holes (not touching edges of holes) of the alternate position controller.
(b)
Tighten the screws.
NOTE: Make sure the tangs of the new actuator do not touch the
____ edges of the alternate position controller holes when you tighten the screws.

Install the switch assembly:
(a)
Set the switch assembly on the LE flap PDU.
(b)
Install four screws.
(c)
Install the lockwire.
