2) AIRPLANES WITHOUT RAM AIR EXHAUST LOUVERS (POST-SB 21-1123); Make sure the ram air inlet door moves to a more closed position.
3) Make sure the RAM AIR FULL OPEN light goes off.
(i)
Release the ground sensing test switch.
(j)
Reconnect the D486 (D490) connector to the left (right) flow control and shutoff valve.

2. Ram Air Sensor - Removal (Fig. 401)________________________
A. Access
(1) Location Zones
212 Left Air Conditioning Equipment Bay
214 Right Air Conditioning Equipment Bay
B. Prepare for the Removal

(1) Do these steps to remove the sensor for the left pack:
(a) Open the left ECS bay access door.

(2) Do these steps to remove the sensor for the right pack:
(a) Open the right ECS bay access door.
C. Ram Air Sensor Removal

WARNING:_______DO NOT TOUCH THE COOLING PACK DUCTS WHEN THEY ARE HOT. HOT COOLING PACK DUCTS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor.
(2)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the sensor.
(3)
Remove the sensor.
(4)
Remove and discard the o-ring from the sensor.
