(j) Put a jumper between pin 1 and pin 2 of the D532 electrical connector. 1) Make sure these lights come ON:
a) L PACK TRIP OFF (P5-10 Panel)
b) AIR COND (P7 Glareshield)
2) Make sure the V18 L PACK VALVE closes.
3) Make sure the Left Turbofan Stops.
(k)
Push in and release the TRIP RESET switch.
1) Make sure the conditions above stay the same.
(l)
Remove the jumper from the D532 electrical connector.
(m)
Install the D532 electrical connector on the Compressor Discharge Overheat switch S2.
(n)
Push in and release the the TRIP RESET switch.
1) Make sure these lights go OFF:
a) L PACK TRIP OFF (P5-10 Panel)
b) AIR COND (P7 Glareshield)
2) Make sure the Left pack operates.
3) Make sure the Left Turbofan operates.
(o) Set the L PACK switch to the OFF position.

(10) Do a test of the right pack flow mode relays:
(a)
Set the R PACK switch to the AUTO position.
1) Make sure the right pack operates.
2) Make sure the Right Turbofan operates.
(b)
Set the PASS CABIN SWITCH on the P5-17 Panel to the MANUAL position.
(c)
Use the PASS CABIN SWITCH to slowly move the Passenger Cabin Air Mix valve to the full-HOT position. 1) Make sure the PASS CABIN DUCT OVERHEAT light comes on at
approximately 190°F (88°C).
NOTE: If the duct temperature is increased too fast, the
____ duct overheat can occur at a temperature which is less than 190°F (88°C).
2) Make sure the AIR COND light comes ON.
3) Make sure the PAS CABIN IND moves to full-COLD.
4) Make sure that manual control of the Passenger Cabin Air
Mix Valve is not possible.
(d) Push in and release the TRIP RESET switch.
1) Make sure these lights go OFF:
a) PASS CABIN OVERHEAT (P5-17 Panel)
b) AIR COND (P7 Glareshield)
NOTE: The lights will go OFF when the TRIP RESET is
____ pushed in and released only after the duct temperature decreases to a temperature which is less than 190°F (88°C).
(e) Set the R PACK switch to the OFF position.

Disconnect the D538 electrical connector from the Right Compressor Discharge Overheat switch S5.
(g)
Set the R PACK switch to the AUTO position.
(h)
Put a jumper between pin 1 and pin 2 of the D538 electrical connector. 1) Make sure these lights come ON:
a) R PACK TRIP OFF (P5-10 Panel)
b) AIR COND (P7 Glareshield)
2) Make sure the R PACK VALVE closes.
3) Make sure the right Turbofan STOPS.
(i)
Push in and release the TRIP RESET switch.
1) Make sure the conditions above stay the same.
(j)
Remove the jumper from the D538 electrical connector.
(k)
Install the D538 electrical connector on the Compressor Discharge Overheat switch S5.
(l)
Push in and release the TRIP RESET switch.
1) Make sure these lights go OFF:
a) R PACK TRIP OFF (P5-10 Panel)
b) AIR COND (P7 Glareshield)
2) Make sure the right pack operates.
3) Make sure the right Turbofan operates.
(m)
Set the R PACK switch to the OFF position.
(n)
Remove the pneumatic power from the airplane if it is no longer necessary (Ref 36-05-00/201).
