(a)
Disconnect the D3064 electrical connector on the Engine 2 Bleed Air Regulator.
(b)
Install a DC Voltmeter, set to measure 28 Volts DC, Between pin 5 (+) and pin 6 (-). 1) Make sure the Voltmeter shows less than 10 Volts DC.
(c)
Set the Engine 2 BLEED switch to the ON position. 1) Make sure the Voltmeter shows between 20 and 29 Volts DC.
(d)
Manually turn the Engine 2 pneumatic start valve clockwise approximately 30 degrees. 1) Make sure the Voltmeter shows less than 10 Volts DC.
(e)
Remove the Voltmeter lead from pin 5.
(f)
Connect the Voltmeter positive lead to pin 7. 1) Make sure the Voltmeter shows between 20 and 29 Volts DC.
(g)
Release the pneumatic start valve. 1) Make sure the voltmeter shows less than 10 Volts DC.
(h)
Connect the D3064 electrical connector to the Engine 2 Bleed Air Regulator.
(i)
Set the Engine 2 BLEED switch to the OFF position.

(14) Do a test of the engine bleed air overheat lights:
(a)
Make sure these lights on the P5-10 Panel come ON when pushed in: 1) BLEED TRIP OFF (2 Places) 2) DUAL BLEED (1 Place)
(b)
Set the MD&T to the BRIGHT position.
1) Make sure these lights on the P5-10 Panel stay OFF: a) BLEED TRIP OFF (2 Places) b) DUAL BLEED (1 Place)
(c)
Set the MD&T to the DIM position.
1) Make sure these lights on the P5-10 Panel stay OFF: a) BLEED TRIP OFF (2 Places) b) DUAL BLEED (1 Place)

(15) Do a test of the left engine bleed air overheat relays:
(a) Set these switches to the OFF position:
1) APU BLEED
2) 1 BLEED
3) 2 BLEED
4) L PACK
5) R PACK
(b) Supply pneumatic power to the airplane (Ref 36-05-00/201).
NOTE: Use the APU as the pneumatic source.____
(c) Open these access panels:
1) 5731 - Left Access Door Strut
2) 5831 - Right Access Door Strut
(d) Disconnect the D526 electrical connector for the Left Engine
Bleed Air Ovearheat switch S20.
(e) Set the APU BLEED switch to the ON position.
1) Make sure that the left and right duct pressure is greater
than 20 psi as indicated on the P5-10 Panel.
(f) Set the Engine 1 BLEED switch to the ON position.
1) Make sure the DUAL BLEED light comes ON.
(g) Put a jumper between pin 1 and pin 2 of the D526 electrical
connector.
1) Make sure these lights come ON:
a) L BLEED TRIP OFF (P5-10 Panel)
b) AIR COND (P7 Glareshield)
(h) Push in and release the TRIP RESET switch.
1) Make sure the conditions above stay the same.
(i) Remove the jumper from the D526 electrical connector.
(j) Connect the D526 electrical connector to the Left Engine Bleed
Air Overheat switch.
(k) Push in and release the TRIP RESET switch.
1) Make sure these lights go OFF:
a) L BLEED TRIP OFF (P5-10 Panel)
b) AIR COND (P7 Glareshield)
(l) Set the Engine 1 BLLED switch to the OFF position.
1) Make sure the DUAL BLEED light goes OFF.

(16) Do a test of the right engine bleed overheat relays:
(a)
Disconnect the D528 electrical connector from the Right engine Bleed Air Overheat switch S21.
(b)
Set the Engine 2 BLEED switch to the ON position. 1) Make sure the DUAL BLEED light on the P5-10 Panel comes ON.
(c)
Put a jumper between pin 1 and pin 2 of the D528 electrical connector. 1) Make sure these lights come ON:
a) R BLEED TRIP OFF (P5-10 Panel)
