_______ SOLUTION. IF YOU PUT THE SENSOR ASSEMBLY OR THE MOTOR FULLY IN THE SOLUTION YOU CAN DAMAGE THE MOTOR OR THE WIRING. DO NOT LET THE CLEANER GET INTO THE MOTOR HOUSING.
 (a)  
Clean the exterior and the interior walls of the housing, the motor, and the fan blades with a soft bristle brush and the detergent solution.

 (b)  
Dry the fan with a clean, lint-free cloth or tissue.

 (3)  Do these steps to clean the air inlet grille and the filter:
 (a)  
Clean the air inlet grille and the filter with the detergent solution.

 (b)  
Flush the grille and the filter with clean water.

 (c)  
Dry the grille with the wipers.

 (d)  
Dry the filter with compressed air or with the wipers.

 NOTE:____Replace the filter element if it is necessary. Use the old filter element as a template to make the new filter element.
 G. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

Install the passenger cabin temperature sensor fan
 (Ref 21-61-34/401).

 (2)  
Install the passenger cabin temperature sensor and/or the
 temperature bulb (Ref 21-61-31/401 and/or 21-62-25/401).

 (3)  S 427-048At the air inlet to the passenger cabin temperature sensor, do these steps to install the filter and grille: (a) Put the filter in the grille. (b) Put the grille and the filter in a position with the edge opposite the spring catch put in first, then push the remaining edge until the spring catch engages.
 (4)  S 437-025Install the control cabin temperature sensor (Ref 21-61-61/401).
 (5)  S 437-026Install the control cabin temperature sensor fan (Ref 21-61-64/401).
 (6)  S 437-027Put the filter above the control cabin air inlet grille and install the air inlet grille.
 (7)  S 717-034Do the temperature control operational test (AMM 21-61-00/501).
 NOTE:____ You do not need to do the operational test if you only cleaned a filter and grill.
