Put the controller in its position.

Install the washers and the screws.

Install the electrical connector on the controller.Do a Post Installation Test of the Controller

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Close these circuit breakers on the P6-4 panel:

6A2, TEMP CONTROL 35 DEG F CONTROL L
(b)
6A1, TEMP CONTROL 35 DEG F CONTROL R

Put the L PACK and R PACK switches to the OFF position.

(4)
Do these steps to do a BITE test on the controller:
(a)
Push the GO and the NO GO lights on the controller. 1) Make sure the lights come on when you push them.
(b)
Rotate the TEST SWITCH to position 1.
1) Make sure the GO light comes on.
(c)
Rotate the TEST SWITCH to position 2. 1) Make sure the GO light comes on. 2) Make sure the 35 degree F valve goes to the full open
position.
(d)
Rotate the TEST SWITCH to position 3.
1) Make sure the GO light comes on.
(e)
Rotate the TEST SWITCH to position 4. 1) Make sure the GO light comes on. 2) Make sure the 35 degree F valve goes to the full closed
position.
(f)
Rotate the TEST SWITCH to position 5.
1) Make sure the GO light comes on.
(g)
Rotate the TEST SWITCH to the FLIGHT position.

E. Put the Airplane Back to its Usual Condition

(1) Do this step if you installed the controller for the left pack:
(a) Close the left ECS bay access door.

(2) Do this step if you installed the controller for the right pack:
(a) Close the right ECS bay access door.

Put the L PACK and the R PACK switches to the AUTO position.

Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).
