(18)
Remove the VSV feedback cable as follows:
CAUTION: WHEN YOU MOVE THE CABLE THROUGH THE 6 O'CLOCK STRUT, MAKE
_______ SURE THAT THE BENDS IN THE CABLE HAVE A RADIUS OF MORE THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM) AT ALL TIMES. IF THE BENDS IN THE CABLE HAVE A RADIUS OF LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM), DAMAGE TO THE CABLE CAN OCCUR.
(a)
Pull the cable with your hand up the 6 o'clock strut and through the junction plate. 1) Aid the cable end to prevent damage while you pull the
cable.
(b)
Remove the feedback cable from the engine.
