1. Name of the publishing authority
《中华人民共和国航行资料汇编》（简称
中国航行资料汇编）由中国民用航空总局负责
出版发行，中华人民共和国香港特别行政区、
澳门特别行政区和台湾省分别负责出版发行所
在地区的航行资料汇编。
The Aeronautical Information Publication of the People’s Republic
of China (abbreviated as AIP China) is published by the General
Administration of Civil Aviation of China. Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and
Taiwan Province of the People’s Republic of China are separately
responsible for publishing the AIPs of the regions within their
jurisdiction.

中国航行资料汇编依据国际民用航空公约
附件15 和航行情报服务手册（国际民用航空
组织8126 文件）所载的标准和建议措施编
写。中国航行资料汇编中的航图依据国际民航
公约附件4 和航图手册（国际民用航空组织
8697 文件）绘制。与国际民用航空组织标
准、建议措施和程序的差异载于GEN 1.7 中。
The AIP China is prepared in accordance with the Standards and
Recommended Practices (SARPS) of Annex 15 to the Convention
on International Civil Aviation and the Aeronautical Information
Services Manual (ICAO Doc 8126). Charts contained in AIP China
are produced in accordance with Annex 4 to the Convention on
International Civil Aviation and the Aeronautical Chart Manual
(ICAO Doc 8697). Differences from ICAO Standards,
Recommended Practices and Procedures are given in subsection
GEN 1.7.

3. The AIP structure and amendment intervals
3.1 中国航行资料汇编的结构
中国航行资料汇编是一体化航行情报系列
资料的一个组成部分，在GEN 3.1 中提供详细
说明。中国航行资料汇编的主要结构在GEN
0.1-5 页以图表文字说明。
中国航行资料汇编由三部分组成，即总则
(GEN)、航路(ENR)和机场(AD)。每一部分根
据需要分成若干章节，分别包含各种不同的航
行情报资料。
3.1 The AIP structure
The AIP forms part of the Integrated Aeronautical Information
Package, details of which are given in subsection GEN 3.1. The
principal AIP China structure is shown in graphic form on page
GEN 0.1-5.
The AIP is made up of three parts, General (GEN), En-route (ENR)
and Aerodrome (AD), each divided into sections and subsections as
applicable, containing various types of aeronautical information
subjects.

described hereafter:
GEN 0. ¾ 前言；航行资料汇编修订记录；航
行资料汇编补充资料记录；航行资料汇编页码
校核单；航行资料汇编手改记录；第一部分目
录。
GEN 0. ¾ Preface; Record of AIP Amendments; Record of AIP
supplements; Checklist of AIP pages; list of hand amendments to
the AIP; and the Table of Contents to Part 1.
GEN 1. 国家法规和要求 ¾ 指定当局；航空器
的入境、过境和出境；旅客和机组人员的入
境、过境和出境；货物的入境、过境和出境；
航空器仪表、设备和飞行文件；国家法规和国
际协议/公约的摘要，与国际民用航空组织标
准、建议措施和程序的差异。
GEN 1. National regulations and requirements ¾ Designated
authorities; Entry, transit and departure of aircraft; Entry, transit
and departure of passengers and crew; Entry, transit and departure
of cargo; Aircraft instruments, equipment and flight documents;
Summary of national regulations and international agreements/
conventions; and Differences from ICAO Standards,
Recommended Practices and Procedures.
GEN 2. 表格和代码 ¾ 计量系统、航空器标志
和公共节假日；航行情报服务出版物中所使用
的简缩字；航图符号；地名代码；无线电导航
设施表；换算表；日出/日落表。
GEN 2. Tables and codes ¾ Measuring system, aircraft markings
and Public holidays; Abbreviations used in AIS publications; Chart
symbols; Location indicators; List of radio navigation aids;
Conversion tables; and Sunrise/ Sunset tables.
GEN 3. 服务 ¾ 航行情报服务；航图；空中交
