进入该空域的许可。如果飞行员在未获许可
时要求偏离,必须采用国际民航组织附件和

5.7 Air traffic along RNAV route N892 will be notified to
Sanya ACC, but controlled by Manila and Ho Chi Minh ACCs
only. In the case of an aircraft which deviates off flight plan
track and is likely to infringe the airspace under the control of
Sanya ACC, Ho Chi Minh or Manila ACC, as appropriate, shall
coordinate a clearance for entry into that airspace. If the pilot is
required to deviate without clearance, the ICAO rules of the air
provisions incorporated in the ICAO Annexes and Regional
Supplementary Procedures (Doc 7030) shall apply.

Oceanic Low-level Airspace in the Sanya Area of Responsibility (AOR)
1. 总则
1.1 本规定适用于在三亚责任区海洋低空
空域内飞行的航空器。根据国际民用航空公
约及其附件的有关标准和建议措施,空中交
通管制部门仅向该空域内的航空器提供所需
的飞行情报服务和告警服务。航空器在此空
域内飞行时,与其他航空器或障碍物之间的
安全距离由航空器驾驶员负责。
1.2 本规定除特别注明外,高度基准面为
标准大气压1013.2 百帕。
2. 空域范围
三亚责任区海洋低空空域水平范围为:
N1930 E11130 - N1823 E11230 - N1640
E11400 - N1430 E11400 - N1430 E11200 -
N1600 E1101734 - N1740 E10826 - N1740
E10940 - N1930 E11130 连线范围。垂直范围
为:13 000 英尺(4 000 米)及以下,其中限
制区和危险区除外。
3. 飞行规则
3.1 三亚责任区海洋低空空域内按仪表飞
行规则(IFR)飞行的航空器,其巡航高度层
应当按照国际民用航空公约附件二规定的仪
表飞行规则巡航高度层配备。
1. General
1.1 These provisions are applicable to aircraft operating in
the Oceanic Low-level Airspace in the Sanya AOR. Only the
required flight information service and alerting service are
provided to aircraft in this airspace according to the pertinent
International Standards and Recommended Practices contained in
the Convention on International Civil Aviation and its Annexes.
Maintaining safe separation with other aircraft or obstacles is the
responsibility of the pilot of the aircraft when aircraft are
operating in this airspace.
