3.4.1 航行通告用以发布关于航行设备、服
务、设施、程序以及危险情况的建立（ 出
现）、撤消和更改等情况。
3.4.1 A NOTAM is used to disseminate information concerning
the establishment (presence), withdrawal or changes of aids to air
navigation, services, facilities, procedures, hazards, etc.

3.4.4 中国国际航行通告室与其它国家和地
区国际航行通告室交换航行通告供飞行使用，

3.4.4 NOTAMs are exchanged between China International
NOTAM Office and International NOTAM Offices of other States
and Regions for flight operation. Ref. page GEN3.1-7 for full
details.
3.4.5 飞行前资料公告(PIB) ，包括现行航行
通告的概述和对经营人/机组有紧急性质意义
的其它情报，由机场航行情报部门负责提供。

叙述。
3.4.5 Pre-flight Information Bulletins (PIB), which contain a
recapitulation of current NOTAM and other information of urgent
character for the operator/flight crew, are available at the
aerodrome AIS units. The extent of the information contained in
the PIB is indicated under subsection GEN 3.1 item 4.
3.5 航行资料通报(AIC) 3.5 Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC)
3.5.1 航行资料通报包括不适宜以航行资料
汇编或航行通告公布, 但涉及飞行安全、空中
航行、技术、管理和立法等方面的资料。
3.5.1 AIC contains information which is inappropriate to AIP
or NOTAM, but relating to flight safety, air navigation, technique,
administration, and legislation, etc.
3.5.2 航行资料通报编有连续号，每年 1 月 1
日自0001 号起编号；有效航行资料通报校核
单在每月印发的航行通告明语摘要中公布。
3.5.2 AIC is numbered consecutively, with a new serial number
0001 being assigned on January 1 of each calendar year. The
checklist of AIC currently in force is issued in the monthly printed
plain language summary of NOTAM.
3.6 航行通告校核单和明语摘要3.6 Checklist and summary of NOTAM
3.6.1 现行的航行通告校核单通过航空固定
网每月发布一次，包括最新发布的航行资料汇
编修订、航行资料汇编补充资料和航行资料通
报的序号。
3.6.1 A checklist of NOTAMs currently in force contains the
information about all the numbers of the latest issued AIP AMDT,
AIP SUP and AIC. This checklist is issued monthly via AFS.
3.6.2 现行航行通告明语摘要每月以邮寄的
方法分发给所有一体化航行情报系列资料的用
户，包括最新发布的航行资料汇编修订序号、
有效的航行资料汇编补充资料和航行资料通报
的校核单。
3.6.2 A printed plain-language summary of NOTAM currently
in force including the indications of the latest AIP AMDT,
checklist of AIP SUP and AIC currently in force, is distributed
monthly by mail to all recipients of the Integrated Aeronautical
Information Package.
