using night landing facilities.

2.1 航空器停场费 2.1 Parking charges of aircraft
停场时间超过两小时不足24 小时，按24
小时计算。每停留24 小时按起降费标准的
15％收取。停场2 小时免收。
15 percent of the landing and take-off charges is levied for every
24 hours or part thereof in excess of 2 hours. No charges are levied
for parking 2 hours or less.
2.2 机库存放费 2.2 Hangar charges
航空器的所有者或使用者可与航空公司
或机场当局直接联系。
The owner or user of aircraft may contact Airlines or the
Aerodrome Authority directly for hanger charges involved.
2.3 长期存放费 2.3 Long-term storage charges
航空器的所有者或使用者可与机场当局

3. 机场管理建设费
3. Aerodromes management and construction fee
自中国始发的每位国际出港旅客收取人
民币90 元，由旅客支付。
Each outbound international passenger departing from China by air
is charged RMB90 Yuan for aerodromes management and
construction fee.

4.1 旅客行李安全检查
a. 普通航空器：每架次80 美元；
b. 宽体航空器：每架次100 美元。

a. Normal aircraft: U.S. dollar 120.00 per flight;
b. Wide-body aircraft: U.S. dollar 150.00 per flight.

廊桥：
a. 普通航空器：每小时80 美元；
b. 宽体航空器：每小时160 美元。

6. 豁免、减免
6. Exemptions and reductions
6.1 外国国家元首或政府首脑专机按对等
原则收取上述第1 款及2.1 款所列收费。
6.1 Special flights for heads of states or governments will be
charged for fees listed in item 1 and item 2.1 above on a reciprocal
basis.
6.2 急救、救灾飞行免收上述第1 款及2.1
款所列收费。
6.2 Fees listed in item 1 and item 2.1 above are exempted for
first aid, rescue and relief operations.
6.3 从事训练、试飞、表演飞行的航空器
起降费按起降费标准的50%计收，其他收费
按规定计收。
6.3 50 percent reduction of the landing and take-off charges is
granted to aircraft engaged in training, testing and air show, with
other charges being collected on the regular basis.

7.1 指定航空公司经营的定期航班，所有
费用应按月支付给中国航空结算中心。如果用
户是国际航空运输协会清算所成员，中国航空
结算中心将通过清算所向用户收取款项。

7.1 For scheduled flights operated by designated airlines, all
fees shall be paid to the Accounting Center of China Aviation
(ACCA) on a monthly basis. If the user is a member of IATA
Clearing House, payment will be made to ACCA through IATA
