3.1 区域空中交通服务
在各飞行情报区(管制区)设立区域管制
室，负责各自区域内的空中交通管制服务、飞
行情报服务和告警服务。
3.1 Area Air Traffic Services
An Area Control Center is established at each FIR (CTA) and is
responsible for the provision of air traffic control service, flight
information service and alerting service within its own region.
3.2 机场空中交通服务
在各机场设立有塔台管制室，负责塔台管
制区内航空器的开车、滑行、起飞、着陆和与
其有关的机动飞行的管制工作，提供空中交通
管制服务、飞行情报服务和告警服务。部分机
场提供机场自动终端情报服务。
3.2 Aerodrome Air Traffic Services
An Aerodrome Control Tower is established at each aerodrome and
is responsible for the control of aircraft during starting of engines,
