(8) AIRPLANES WITH A VENT SCOOP FLAME ARRESTOR;
The surface of the vent scoop access panel protrudes 0.06 inch +/-
0.02 inch out from the surface of the airplane skin when the access
panel is installed correctly.
NOTE:____ This acceptable misfairing is permitted because of the
increased weight of the access panel with the flame arrestor
installed.
