1. General_______
A. This procedure contains three tasks:

Removal of the Fuel System Module, P5-2
(2)
Installation of the Fuel System Module, P5-2
(3)
Operational Test of the Fuel System Module, P5-2.

2. Removal of the Fuel System Module, P5-2_______________________________________

101 Control Cabin Left
102 Control Cabin Right
B. Procedure
S 864-002
(1) Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel 1) SHUTOFF VALVE - ENG 1 2) SHUTOFF VALVE - ENG 2 3) FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE 4) FUEL TEMPERATURE IND 5) FUEL CROSSFEED VALVE 6) MASTER DIM SECTION 1 7) MASTER DIM SECTION 6 8) TANK-1 FWD BOOST PUMP 9) TANK-2 FORWARD BOOST PUMP 10) TANK-1 AFT BOOST PUMP 11) TANK-2 AFT BOOST PUMP 12) CENTER TANK BOOST PUMP LEFT 13) CENTER TANK BOOST PUMP RIGHT 14) FUEL CONT-1 AFT-2 FORWARD CTR LEFT 15) FUEL CONT-1 FWD-2 AFT CTR RIGHT

Loosen the six quick-release fasteners on the baseplate of the P5-2 module.

(3)
Disconnect the connectors D626, D628, and D616 from the rear of the P5-2 module.
(4)
Remove the P5-2 module from the P5 panel.

3. Installation of the Fuel System Module, P5-2

(1) Location Zones
101 Control Cabin Left

B. Procedure

(1)
Move the P5-2 module close to its position in the P5 panel.

(2)
Connect the connectors D616, D626, and D628 to the rear of the P5-2 module.

(3)
Install the P5-2 module in its position with the six quick-release fasteners on the baseplate.

Do this task: Operational Test of the Fuel System Module, P5-2.
