FUELING POWER CONTROL SWITCH - MAINTENANCE PRACTICES

1. General_______
A. This procedure has three tasks:
(1)
A task to remove the fueling power control switch sensor.
(2)
A task to install the fueling power control switch sensor.
(3)
A task to repair the fueling power control switch actuator.
B. A procedure is not given for the removal or installation of the actuator because the removal or installation of the actuator is easy.

2. Remove the Fueling Power Control Switch Sensor (Fig. 201)______________________________________________

B. Procedure

(1) Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
1) EP GND FUELING
2) QTY

(2)
Disconnect the sensor hot wire at pin 11 of the fueling panel disconnect receptacle.
(3)
Disconnect the sensor ground wire at the ground terminal screw.
(4)
Remove the sensor mounting screws and washers.
(5)
Remove the sensor from the bracket.
(6)
Examine the sensor mounting bracket for damage.
(7)
Remove the sensor mounting bracket if it is necessary.
