(1)
Remove the electrical power from the airplane (Ref 24-22-00/201).

Open the access door, 3804, for the APU compartment
(Ref 12-31-00/201).

WARNING: DO NOT CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL POWER TO THE AIRPLANE WHEN THE
_______ FUEL LINES ARE DISCONNECTED. CAREFULLY DO ALL OF THE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR PROCEDURES WITH OPEN FUEL TANKS. AN EXPLOSION AND BAD INJURIES TO PERSONS CAN OCCUR.
(3) Do these steps to disconnect the APU fuel-feed line:
(a)
Loosen the hose clamp.
(b)
Move the flexible shroud from the part of the APU shroud to get access to the flexible fuel line coupling.
(c)
Disconnect the APU fuel-feed line.

(4) Remove the shroud for the APU fuel line.
(a)
Disconnect the fuel line coupling from the fuel filter installation (View F, Fig. 401).
(b)
Remove the bolt that attaches the bonding jumper to the shroud for the APU fuel line.
(c)
Remove the bolts that attach the shroud support clamp to the APU compartment.
(d)
Remove the bolts that attach the shroud to the shroud fuel adapter (View F, Fig. 401).
(e)
Turn the APU fuel-feed line and the shroud while you remove the fuel line from the APU shroud.
(f)
Move the shroud and the seal gaskets off the fuel line.

(5) Remove "section 2" of the aft shroud.
(a)
Get access to the aft shroud (View D, Fig. 401) in the tail cone through the access door, 3701, for the stabilizer trim (Ref 12-31-00/201).
(b)
Loosen the hose clamp that attaches the flexible shroud to "section 2" of the aft shroud.
(c)
Move the flexible shroud in the forward direction to get access to the fuel line.
(d)
Move the aft part of the flexible fuel line from the aft shroud while you lower the fuel line through the access door opening.
(e)
Remove the bolt that attaches the bonding jumper to the aft shroud.
(f)
Remove the bolts that attach the support clamps for the aft shroud (two locations).
(g)
Get access to the aft shroud in the APU compartment (View A, Fig. 401).
(h)
Remove the bolts that attach the support clamp for the aft shroud.
(i)
Pull the aft shroud through the APU compartment to remove it.

(6) Remove "section 1" of the aft shroud.
