(b) The fueling truck or hydrant must have a precise flowmeter to
measure the fuel you put into the tanks.
(4) Connect the external electrical power (Ref 24-22-00/201).
(5) Make sure these circuit breakers are closed:

Do this procedure: "Prepare for Troubleshooting". Open the access door for the
refuel station. Make sure the door stays fully open. Make sure the floodlights
come on. Make sure the refuel quantity indicators show the fuel quantity. IF -
Push all the covers for the fueling valve lights to make sure the lights come on (the lights are press-to-test). Make sure all the light bulbs come on in correct sequence. IF -
Set the switches for the fueling shutoff valve to the CLOSE position. Attach the fueling source nozzle to the receptacle at the refuel station. Set the switches for the fueling shutoff valve to the OPEN position. Start the refuel operation. Monitor the refuel indicator for each tank to make sure the fuel quantity increases smoothly. This shows that the fuel goes into the tank correctly. IF -
