Set the crossfeed valve switch to the CLOSED position. Make sure the crossfeed valve position light comes on bright while the valve changes its position. Make sure the light goes off when the valve is fully closed.

Start each of the engine boost pumps to make sure the applicable low pressure light goes off when the pump has the correct pressure. Do not start two or more boost pumps at the same time. IF -

Stop each of the engine boost pumps . Stop one of the boost pumps for a tank and then stop the other boost pump for the tank. Do not stop two boost pumps at the same time. Make sure that the MASTER CAUTION and FUEL annunciator lights come on when the second boost pump for each tank goes off. IF -

Use the PUMP CONT switches for the boost pumps in the No. 1 tank and the No. 2 tank. Use the CENTER TANK BOOST PUMP LEFT and CENTER TANK BOOST PUMP RIGHT circuit breakers for the center fuel tank.
