(5) If the pressure decreases more than 1 inch in 15 minutes, there is some leakage the system.
(a)
Make sure the installation of the covers and the plugs is correct.
(b)
Pressurize the vent system to 5.0 | 0.2 psi.
(c)
Monitor the manometer for 15 minutes.

(6) If the pressure continues to decrease, use the bubble solution to do a check of the vent channel for leakage.
(a)
Apply the bubble solution to the outer surface of the vent channel.
(b)
Make a mark at the location of the bubbles.
(c)
Remove the bubble solution with a moist cloth.
(d)
Remove the pressure from the vent channel.
(e)
Repair the leaks (AMM 28-11-00/801).

(7) Do the pressure check of the vent system again to make sure you repaired all of the leaks correctly.
(a)
Pressurize the vent system to 5.0 | 0.2 psi.
(b)
Monitor the manometer for 15 minutes.
(c)
Make sure the pressure on the manometer does not decrease by more than 1 inch of water.
H. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

CAUTION: MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE ALL OF THE PLUGS AND THE COVERS THAT YOU
_______ INSTALLED TO DO THIS PROCEDURE. BAD DAMAGE TO THE AIRPLANE STRUCTURE CAN OCCUR DURING THE PRESSURE FUELING OPERATION.
(1)
After the pressure check, remove all of the closure plugs and the covers for the vent system.

Install the vent tube for the center section in the center tank, if you removed it.
(a) Make sure that the O-ring seals are installed before you connect the tube couplings.

(3) S 436-038Install these parts that attach the vent tube: (a) The clamps (b) The bolt on the bracket (c) The bonding jumper.
(4) S 766-039Do a check of the electrical bond across the bonding jumpers (SWPM 20-20-00). (a) The resistance must not be more than 0.010 ohm.
(5) S 096-040Make sure you remove all of the tools and the equipment from all of the tanks.
(6) S 416-041Install the access panels for the No. 1 tank and the No. 2 tank (AMM 28-11-11/401).
(7) S 416-042Install the access panel for the center tank, if you removed it (AMM 28-11-31/401).
