(10) Carefully pull the wiring and sleeve through the conduit with the string.
NOTE: The only lubricants that are permitted for Teflon

sleeving are these:
-Talcum powder
-Cetyl Alcohol (Boelube)
-TFE Release Agent Dry Lubricant
No other substances are permitted on the wiring or the sleeving.

Install the socket contacts in the electrical connector (at the fuel boost pump end of the wires).

Attach the elbow to the fitting on the front spar.
NOTE: If you use a MS27557-3 or a MS27559-3 fitting, then
____ tighten its set screw to hold the fitting in the correct position.

(13) Install the wiring in the wire clamps.
(a) Make sure you have the Teflon sleeve in the first clamp after each end of the conduit.

If you removed the fuel boost pump to get access, then install it again (AMM 28-22-41/401).

Connect the electrical connector to the fuel boost pump.
F. Fuel Boost Pump Test

(1) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
(a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
1) BOOST PUMP TANK 1 FWD
2) BOOST PUMP TANK 2 FWD
3) BOOST PUMP TANK 1 AFT
4) BOOST PUMP TANK 2 AFT
5) BOOST PUMP CTR TANK LEFT
6) BOOST PUMP CTR TANK RIGHT

Do these steps for each fuel boost pump:
NOTE:____Do this test for only one pump at a time. This will make sure that the correct wires are connected to each pump.
(a)
Set the switch for the fuel boost pump to ON.
(b)
Make sure the applicable low pressure light goes off.
NOTE: The low pressure lights for the center fuel boost
____ pumps do not come on when the switches of these pumps are in the OFF position. For the center pumps, make sure the low pressure light comes on for a short time and then goes off (when you set the switch in the on position).
(c) Set the switch for the fuel boost pump back to OFF.
G. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

(1) Install the access panels for the fuel boost pumps
(AMM 57-30-11/401).

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO REMOVE
_______ THE LE FLAP SAFETY LOCKS. THE LE FLAPS CAN MOVE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE SAFETY LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2) Remove the flap locks from the leading edge flaps if you installed them (AMM 27-81-00/201).

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE LE
_______ AND TE FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS. THE LEADING EDGE AND THE TRAILING EDGE CONTROL SURFACES CAN EXTEND AND RETRACT QUICKLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(3) Retract the leading edge flaps if they are extended
(AMM 27-81-00/201).
