Make sure the relief valve is closed.

If the relief valve is open, do this task: "Close the Relief Valve Manually".

Install the F80166 test fixture on the relief valve.
(a) Remove four of the eight mounting screws which attach the relief valve to the access panel. 1) Remove these screws and make sure the remaining screws have
equal angles of 90 degrees between them.
NOTE: The remaining screws are the corners of a square.

(b) Put the test fixture against the relief valve.
NOTE:____ The MS29513-154 O-ring seal is part of the test fixture
assembly.
1) Make sure the MS29513-154 O-ring seal is installed in the
flange groove of the test fixture.
2) Make sure the O-ring has a good seal in all positions.
(c) Attach the test fixture to the relief valve.
NOTE:____ The MS16998-31 screws are part of the test fixture
assembly.
1) Put four MS16998-31 screws in the positions of the four
usual mounting screws that you removed before this step.

ú (4) Attach the hose of the pressure gage or manometer to the adapter
fitting at the bottom of the F80166-1 test fixture.
(a) Make sure there are no air leaks in the hose or the fittings.

(5) Connect the F80166-1 hose assembly to the F71329 leak tracer.
NOTE:____ You use the F71329 leak tracer only to adjust and control
the pressure on the relief valve.
