G. Inboard Wing Flap Torque Tube Installation
SUBTASK 27-51-58-420-003
(1) Install the tube assembly [31], tube assembly [32] or tube assembly [33]:
(a) Apply grease, D00633 to the coupling sleeves [5].
(b) Put the tube assembly [31], tube assembly [32] or tube assembly [33] in its position.
(c) Put the coupling sleeves [5] on the splined couplings [4].
(d) Install the screws [6] to attach the coupling sleeves [5] to the splined couplings [4].
(e) Install the lockwire on the screws [6].

(2) Remove the clamp set, SPL-1726 from the torque tubes.

(3) For tube assembly [32] or tube assembly [33], install the applicable torque tube guard [37]:
(a) Put the torque tube guard [37] on the torque tube.
(b) Install the bolts [34], or bolts [38], washers [35] and nuts [36] that attach the torque tube
guard [37].

(4) If a torque tube turned while the torque tubes were disconnected, do this task: Trailing Edge
Flap Drive System Adjustment, TASK 27-51-00-820-802.
H. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition
