F. Outboard Flap Inboard Track Removal
NOTE: Make sure you support the flap track while you disconnect it.
SUBTASK 27-51-25-480-004
(1) If you will use the adapter, SPL-1733, install it on the flap track [41]:
(a) Install the adapter, SPL-1733 on the flap track [41] approximately 33 inches (84 cm) aft of the
track attach fitting.
(b) Put a low profile hydraulic jack, COM-1568 below the adapter, SPL-1733 to support the flap
track [41].

(2) Remove the nut [56], washer [55], washer [54], washer [53] and bolt [52] to disconnect the
jumper wire [57] from the flap track [41].

(3) Disconnect the forward end of the flap track [41]:
(a) Remove the bolts [59] and washers [58] that attach the failsafe fitting assembly [60] to the
track attach fitting.
(b) Remove the nut [63], washer [62] and fuse pin [61] from the forward end of the flap
track [41].

(4) Disconnect the aft end of the flap track [41] from the structure:
(a) Remove the nut [46], washer [45], washer [44] and bolt [43] that attach the outboard side of
the flap track [41] to the structure.
(b) Remove the nut [47], washer [48], washer [50] and bolt [51] that attach the inboard side of
