SUBTASK 27-51-28-040-003
(1) Do this task: Trailing Edge Flap System Deactivation, TASK 27-51-00-040-801.
SUBTASK 27-51-28-020-006
(2) Remove the forward fairing assembly [81]:
(a) Remove the bolts [86] that attach the forward end of the forward fairing assembly [81].
(b) Remove the bolts [84] and washers [85] that attach the forward fairing assembly [81] to the
fairing attach fitting assembly [95].
NOTE: Support the forward fairing assembly [81] when you remove the bolts [84].
(c) Lower the forward fairing assembly [81] until you can get access to the nuts [92] on the
jumper wires [103].
(d) Remove the nuts [92] and washers [93] that attach the jumper wires [103].
(e) Remove the jumper wires [103] from the studs.
(f) Remove the forward fairing assembly [81].
SUBTASK 27-51-28-020-007
(3) If it is necessary, remove the fairing attach fitting assembly [95]:
(a) Remove the bolts [89] and washers [90] that attach the fairing attach fitting assembly [95] to
the transmission attach fitting [91].
