G. Outboard Wing Flap Torque Tube Installation
SUBTASK 27-51-58-420-001
(1) Install the tube assembly [1], tube assembly [2] or tube assembly [3]:
(a) Apply grease, D00633 to the coupling sleeves [5].
(b) Put the tube assembly [1], tube assembly [2] or tube assembly [3] in its position.
(c) Put the coupling sleeves [5] on the splined couplings [4].

(d) Install the screws [6] to attach the coupling sleeves [5] to the splined couplings [4].
(e) Install the lockwire on the screws [6].

(2) Remove the clamp set, SPL-1726 from the torque tubes.

(3) Install the applicable torque tube guard [10]:
(a) Put the torque tube guard [10] on the torque tube.
(b) Install the bolts [7], bolts [11], or bolts [12], washers [8] and nuts [9] that attach the torque
tube guard [10].

(4) If a torque tube turned while the torque tubes were disconnected, do this task: Trailing Edge

H. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition
