switch, S1051, do this task: Flap Limit Switch Installation, TASK 27-51-63-400-801.

(13) Do the adjustment of the flap limit switches [39] in the flap control unit assembly [9]:

(a) Put the lower pan [37] in its location on the flap control unit assembly [9].
(b) Apply compound, C00913 to the shank and threads of the screws [36].
(c) Install the washers [55] and screws [36] to attach the lower pan [37].

(2) Install the switch cover [31] on the flap control unit assembly [9]:
(a) Put the switch cover [31] in its location on the flap control unit assembly [9].
(b) Apply compound, C00913 to the shank and threads of the screws [40].
(c) Install the washers [56] and screws [40] to attach the switch cover [31].

(3) Install the floor panel above the flap control unit assembly [9], do this task: Passenger Cabin

WARNING: MAKE SURE THE DOWNLOCK PINS ARE INSTALLED ON ALL THE LANDING GEAR.
WITHOUT THE DOWNLOCK PINS, THE LANDING GEAR CAN RETRACT AND CAUSE
INJURIES TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2) If the downlock pins are not installed in the nose and main landing gear, do this task: Landing
Gear Downlock Pins Installation, TASK 32-00-01-480-801.

(3) Do this task: Trailing Edge Flap System Deactivation, TASK 27-51-00-040-801.
SUBTASK 27-51-62-010-001
(4) Remove the floor panel to get access to the top of the flap control unit [9], do this task:
Passenger Cabin Floor Panel Removal, TASK 53-21-00-000-801.
NOTE: The floor panel is located between stations 706 and 727B on the right side of the
airplane.
