(5) Do the steps below to remove the stabilizing beam (2) and the outer door:
NOTE: Remove the stabilizing beam (2) and outer door only if more
____ access is needed to make the removal of the actuator (6) easier.
(a)
Remove the bolts (1) for the wing door hinge that hold the stabilizing beam (2) to the airplane.
(b)
Remove the stabilizing beam (2), with the outer wing door (12), from the airplane.

Remove the Actuator Assembly
S 034-007
(1) Disconnect the three hydraulic lines (19) from the actuator (6).
NOTE: Install tags that identify the correct connection location

and routing of hydraulic lines.

Install plugs in the hydraulic lines (19).

Disconnect the hose guide (20) from the hose clamp (21)
(View G, Fig. 401).

Remove the bolt (16) for the inboard end of the actuator (6) (View E, Fig. 401).

Remove the bolt (13) for the inboard end of the walking beam (View D, Fig. 401).
