Adjust the control system for the Landing Gear

Make sure that the ground lock assemblies for the landing gear are installed (Ref 32-00-01/201).

Disconnect the link assembly between the selector valve and the bellcrank.
 (3) 
Set the control handle for the landing gear in the OFF position.
 (4)  
Install the rigging pin in the bellcrank (Fig. 501).

Adjust the cables at the turnbuckles to the values in Table I.

Adjust to release the rigging pin.

Make sure that all the ground locks for the landing gear are installed.

Make sure the pressure in the hydraulic system is removed.

Set the control handle for the landing gear in the DN position.

Use the force gage and measure the force necessary to pull the control lever.

Make sure the force is not more than 12 pounds.

Operate the override trigger and move the control handle to the UP position.
