Remove the drag brace pin (6) to move the upper and the lower links apart.

Remove the bolt (28) to disconnect the lower link (10) from the shock strut.

Remove the aft access panel on the right and the left bulkheads of the wheel well.

Remove the cotter pin.
(a)
Loosen the nut (20) on each drag brace pin (21) outboard the right and the left wheel well bulkheads.
(b)
Keep the nut (20) on the end of each drag brace pin (21) to help in the removal of the pin.

Remove the antirotation bolt (18) from each drag brace pin.

Sufficiently hold the drag brace and remove the drag brace pins
NOTE: The nut is to be used for the removal of each drag brace
____ pin to prevent damage to the pin threads.

(11) Lower the drag brace below the lower end of the actuator and remove it from the area.
