1. Remove the Control Lever Assembly for the Landing Gear (Fig. 401)______________________________________________________

Remove the Control Lever Assembly for the Landing gear

Install the ground lock assemblies for the landing gear (AMM 32-00-01).

Remove the pressure from the hydraulic system.

Disconnect the turnbuckles on control cables for the landing gear.

(4)
Remove the antiskid switch cam from the landing gear up cable.
NOTE: This is forward of the turnbuckles.

(5) Attach ropes to the cable terminals.
NOTE: This will make the replacement of the cables easier.

Remove the right part of the P9 panel that is below the control lever.
(7)
Release and lower the P2 and the P3 panels.
(8)
Remove the screws that attach the base plate assembly.
(9)
Disconnect the electrical connector for the base plate assembly.
