(6) S 434-015Connect the cable MNGEA at the turnbuckle (14).
(7) S 434-016Connect the return spring (11) to the torque tube quadrant (10).
(8) S 824-017Adjust the manual extension system (Ref 32-35-00/501).
(9) S 714-018Do a test on the manual extension system (Ref 32-35-00/501).

NOSE LANDING GEAR MANUAL EXTENSION SYSTEM CABLES - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General________
A. This procedure contains two tasks:
(1)
The removal of the cables of the manual extension system from the nose landing gear.
(2)
The installation of the cables of the manual extension system of the nose landing gear.

Procedure to Remove the Cables of the Manual Extension system
S 014-002
(1)
Remove the cabin floor panel (12).
S 034-003
(2)
Disconnect the return spring (9) from the torque tube quadrant (7).
S 034-004

Remove the turnbuckle locking clips.
(a)
Loosen the turnbuckle (11) of the cable MNGEA.

Remove the cotter pin.
(a)
Disconnect the cable of the manual extension handle from the control drum (3).

Open the access door (2) of the manual extension.
(a)
Remove the handle and the cable (1).

Remove the cable retainer.

Disconnect the cable MNGEA from the control drum (3).

Remove pressure seal (8) in the wheel well ceiling of the nose landing gear (Ref 20-10-04/401).

Remove the cotter pins.

Disconnect the cable MNGEA from the torque tube pulley (7).
